- Light music plays as participants join
- Brief host intro + group check-in: name + Sun sign
- Set an intention for how they want to feel after the session
0:10 – 0:25 | Guided Meditation: “Call In Your Fire”
- Visualization to connect to inner energy (Sun + Mars theme)
- Breathing into the solar plexus, energizing the body
- Optional: invite participants to hold a crystal or light a candle
0:25 – 0:45 | Astrology Mini-Workshop: Sun & Moon Insight
- Slide or visual presentation: How your Sun gives vitality, Moon gives emotional fuel
- Participants reflect on:
- “When do I feel most alive?” (Sun)
- “What nurtures me when I feel drained?” (Moon)
- Guided journaling: 5 minutes each question
- Option to share in chat or breakouts (2-person)
0:45 – 1:05 | Movement Break: Energizing Flow
- 15-minute gentle movement or breath-led dance
- Music-based or guided visualization + light stretching
- Shake off stuck energy and “call in vitality”
1:05 – 1:25 | Creative Expression: “Paint Your Planet Power”
- Bring pen, paper, colored pencils or markers
- Prompt: Illustrate a symbolic image of your Sun or Moon sign
- Examples shown for inspiration
- In the background play Quiet music while drawing in addition to affirmations read aloud
1:25 – 1:45 | Journaling Circle: Affirm & Integrate
- Prompt: “How will I carry this energy into my week?”
- Start to Write your Energizing Affirmation (e.g., “I shine when I trust my inner spark”)
- Optional: 2–3 volunteers share aloud
1:45 – 2:00 | Closing Ritual + Call to Action
- Light virtual candle or visual ritual
- Group affirmation: “I energize with joy, wisdom, and purpose.”
